INX Academy maintains educational pathway relationships with select universities and institutions to support student advancement opportunities. These relationships are designed to provide students with information regarding possible future educational pathways, transfer opportunities, and continuing education options.
Nature of Institutional Partnerships
INX Academy’s partnerships are intended to support academic progression and educational planning. These partnerships may include:
- Transfer pathway opportunities;
- Information regarding continuing education programs;
- Student referral opportunities;
- Educational collaboration and articulation discussions; and
- Access to information about degree completion pathways.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in a written agreement, partner institutions are independent organizations and are not responsible for the instruction, delivery, administration, or operation of INX Academy programs.
Independent Instruction & Program Delivery
All INX Academy certificate and training programs are independently developed, administered, and delivered by INX Academy faculty and staff.
Instruction for INX Academy programs is conducted by qualified INX Academy instructors at approved instructional locations and under the academic supervision of INX Academy administration.
INX Academy independently determines:
- Curriculum and course content;
- Faculty hiring and supervision;
- Student admissions requirements;
- Academic policies and grading standards;
- Tuition and fees; and
- Program completion requirements.
Participation in an educational pathway relationship does not imply accreditation, ownership, joint operation, or academic oversight by a partner institution.
Partner Institutions
INX Academy may maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and educational organizations that provide opportunities for students seeking to continue their education after completing an INX Academy program.
Students interested in pursuing additional education should contact partner institutions directly to confirm admission requirements, transferability of coursework, tuition, and degree requirements.

University Pathway Partnerships
INX Academy maintains articulation and educational pathway relationships with selected universities and educational organizations to support student transfer opportunities and academic advancement. These partnerships may include transfer pathways, referral agreements, or collaborative educational opportunities.
Participation in a partnership does not imply that INX Academy certificate programs are degree programs, institutionally accredited through the partner, or awarded by the partner institution unless expressly stated in writing.
Testing Partnerships
INX Academy operates approved testing services and may partner with authorized testing organizations for the delivery of standardized examinations and certification testing.
Internship and Cultural Exchange Partnerships
INX Academy may collaborate with approved organizations for internship, trainee, or cultural exchange opportunities, including J-1 program opportunities where applicable.
Institutional Independence
INX Academy is independently owned and operated. Any partnership organization referenced on the institution’s website or catalog does not assume responsibility for the delivery of INX Academy programs unless specifically identified in a written agreement.
All VA-approved training is delivered solely by INX Academy at approved instructional locations under the supervision of qualified INX Academy faculty.
