Diana is being recognized for her professional demeanor and excellent customer service. This year, she skillfully managed a difficult situation with a demanding Test Taker who had a history of complaints. As a newer Administrator, it can be challenging to navigate customer needs with IELTS requirements, and Diana did it well.
